A Healthy New Year For The Family

I know this is late but well there is the Chinese New Year anyway so we always have two chances to pledge for something to make ourselves better each year.  I pledge to be healthy and fit this year.

  • I plan to increase the physical activity of my kid and me
  • I plan to turn the screen time to play time, cut out tv or computer time to play with daughter outdoors. This will help me use up my child’s energy too!
  • I promise to work out or take a yoga, dancing, barre3, classes or even just learn via video.
  • I will promise to start eating healthy, more on fruits and vegetables.
