Yes you are single and yes you are a mom but that doesn’t mean you don’t have to take care of yourself. In fact you should take care of yourself more than anything else. I know its hard to juggle roles but with a little practice you can cope and thank yourself for doing so.
There are so many sports out there that I’m sure will jive with your busy life. Running is one of the hype these days. You can bring your child to any of the fun-run being organized everywhere. You can put good use to your child’s energy while you get in shape. Who knows you might meet a special guy out there.
Don’t like running? Take dance class, or yoga or surfing or any water sports. You can also bring your kids to these or you can take a time for yourself especially if you are taking yoga.
