Before I joined that 14 Days to Show Off Your Shape Challenge where I was glad to be forced to replace two main meals with cereals, I was very much desperate to find something that will help me lose some unwanted fats in my body especially my mid-section.
I practically tried everything, from fad diets, those electric waste bands, running and even sampled all those top rated diet pill available in the market today. But sadly, none of them was able to achieve the results I was aiming for. They were just a hype and some are even unhealthy, except for that cereal diet challenged I tried.
As the challenge title said 14 days to show off my shape, I lost 2.8 lbs in 2 weeks or 14 days. It was amazing! My mid-section was gone and I am so much happy with my healthy new figure.
I realized that it is really what we eat that will determine how our bodies will look. The cereal diet I had forced me to eat healthy. I ate more fruits, more protein and less carbohydrates, especially rice. Rice was the main reason for my bulging tummy, lessening my intake made me sexier and now I am keeping my healthy slimmer figure.
