Healthy Eating Is Costly

The less carbohydrate diet I implemented upon myself worked like a charm. I was able to lose a couple inches on my mid-section that allowed me to strut the beach in my bikini last weekend.

One of the mommy bloggers with me on that weekend getaway asked how did I do it.  I told her its about minimizing rice intake to no-rice at all.

Good thing we were served with healthy grilled meat treats for lunch during that outing.    We had grilled tuna, grilled chicken, grilled pork and grilled roasted beef!  They were all tender and perfectly roasted.  The chef must have used an electric grill for this look how evenly grilled the meats were.

I want to have a grill like that because it will allow me to cook more healthier food.  Grilled means less fats and oil that will greatly compliment my no rice diet.

Doing this diet made me realize that healthy eating is more costly than my regular eating habit that allowed me to gain inches around my waist.   Its costly because I consume more viand than before and buy wheat bread which is more expensive than rice.
