I believe that eating healthy and having a daily workout routine is as important as having your daily visits to the loo. The regular ruin the restroom time is an indicator that your digestive system is working properly and that your body doesn’t keep harmful toxins in it.
When I go out for a food event and I feel bloated I try to drink hot green tea as much a possible because it aids with my digestion. Based on personal experience drinking hot green tea is helpful because it acts like a colon cleanser . It helps me detoxify and relieve my digestive system from harmful toxins by flushing it out of my system.
