Nobody truly knows when the global economic recession that started three years ago will end. In fact for some other places in the world effects of the financial crisis is just being felt.
Based on my experience, I’ve seen the U.S. dollar exchange rate fall from Php60 when I started trading to Php43 pesos today. I’m holding on to my dollars until they pick up again, until when, I don’t have an idea.
I’m thinking of making good use of my savings by doing some smart investments on properties or stocks. Some say its a bad idea but the risk takers who has done it before said this is the best time to purchase properties and make an investment out of Outer banks foreclosures because as soon as the economy rises again the value of your investment will increase by 100 percent if not 500 percent.
My instinct says this is true but I don’t know how long I can hold on to such an investment especially now that prices of commodities are sky rocketing.
