My daughter is a very picky eater. She doesn’t eat anything you serve her unlike other kids. She would have to smell it first before even tasting it. If she doesn’t approve of the smell she would not even touch the thing even. But when she likes something she won’t stop until she consumed everything and will keep asking for it until such time she got tired of the taste. The I will have to find another food that she will devour at will.
Because of this poor eating habits she has I have to give her vitamins and I believe the best diet supplement for her is something that has all the nutrients a growing child needs.
My mom worry that she ain’t eating rice much but I don’t because she is taking her vitamins and rice isn’t necessarily the only type of food people need to become healthy. There are other sources of carbs other than rice anyway.
