Its more than a year since we posted that construction bond but up to now constructions at our new condo hasn’t took place because of our idiot contractor and our idiot developer. Its stressing me now, if I only knew I will have to do all the foot work about documentations and all that crap like getting a bpi certification I wouldn’t have pushed through with buying the condo and would rather buy that fully furnished townhouse which is three times cheaper than this one.
I should sue that agent and that developer for not disclosing that the unit will be bare. We will have to shell out another half million so that constructions can be done immediately.
