I believe its not the degree but the skills that will decide a persons success. In the U.S. and other western countries a college education is not a prerequisite to get a job or land at a nice job. If you are hard working, fast learner and disciplined you will go places.
Its only here in the Philippines that they require janitors to at least finished 2nd year in college or at least high school graduate, all because the years we allot to finish our studies is too short compared to others that its same level as the senior high school graduate in the U.S.
In the U.S. as long as you pass the SAT you can do anything you want go to college or get a job, its that easy! That is why students need a sat prep to make sure they pass and live independently if you do.
