I always try to make it a point that I save at least Php500 every pay period so that I have something to spend in case of emergency or some miscellaneous expense where I need cash badly. But more often than not these funds would go to miscellaneous expense or for an awesome vacation with the family which is good. At least it doesn’t go to hospitalization and medical bills which is a good sign.

However a friend who is into insurance was trying to convince me that I should invest on having an temporary health insurance every year so that I am assured I have somewhere to go when the emergency arises. She said there are affordable temporary health insurance available in the market today just like the ones being offered by Blue Cross Blue Shield NC . The monthly payment is very affordable but the benefits are outstanding.

I know its better to be prepared than to worry where to get your funds when the need arise just like what my other friend is experiencing but I’m such a happy-go-lucky person when it comes to these things because I always believe God will provide.
