I think I tear a muscle coz the xray showed no broken bone but it hurts like crazy to step on my right foot now. I’m using my office chair to wheel me apund the house coz I don’t have a wheelchair.

I’m taking some mwda that makes me feel sick I wanna.vomit!

My life is upside down coz I fell hard. Mmmm actually its a good remindee for me to take things slow and focus on my priorities now. Coz when I fall, I fall hard.

If I can buy weight loss pills that targets problem areas I would be definitely be happy with it! I wish I can still eat lots and gain weight at the right parts of my body than just gain inches on my tummy!

We were introduced to the brush, floss and rinse ritual and the rinse involved using nothing else but the Total Care mouthwash.  I’m glad I was picked to join the challenge because it is definitely worth it. Aside from introducing us the BFR ritual we were also given our dental supplies to last us for that six weeks. We also went through a dental checkup before and after the challenge so we have a basis to see how we did with the product.

I’m excited to see my results. The dentist was so ecstatic when she was checking my mouth. It looks promising! I can’t wait!

I decided to put her on a diet after seeing how bloated she is becoming and this is not good at her age. She is 9 years old and yet she looks like she’s 14 with her size! I’m afraid I will have difficulty managing her figure when she reaches puberty and so while I have the time and the control over her I will impose a strict diet on her.

Its not that I’ll starve her to death. I just want her to be disciplined in her eating habits. Like instead of hourly eating huge sizes she’d be doing it at least every four hours.

She really looks ugly with her protruding belly. Its not flattering and I know she will have a hard time later on.

Through a pulse points testing on my wrist and feet, they find out that I need to watch out for my respiratory system and my liver as its on a sub-health condition already.

I should drink more vitamin C and drink a lot of water and avoid too much caffeine, which means I should get rid of my coffee mugs quick.

Starting tomorrow, I’ll try to detox and drink as much water as I can. I think I’m dehydrated too.

Its interesting to know though that low testosterone levels in men may cause and is suffered by men who have or was infective with the HIV virus. This cause them less energy in bed and they get tired easily and they are prone to rashes and blisters around their mouth if they get in contact with someone who has and had the infection too.

Today will be the day I will be meeting my co-spokesperson for the project and we will be given the brief of the things to expect and what we will do.

I am so excited because I saw a make-over, a photo shoot and we will be wearing one of the most popular clothing brands here and in the U.S.
