Like the discounts from milk and medicine and other essential things for my kid, di ko pa talaga nakuha. I just hope we can also avail of the other benefits of this law. The 3 kids are with him in the states. I'm not sure how he supports them but my son is with me here in the Philippines. for the past 9+ years, there have been 10 instances when he sent money to my son amounting to 5k average per remittance. last time he sent money was back in june 2011. I want to demand for child support thru a lawyer. my question is, is there a lawyer here in the Philippines who can work with me in demanding child support from my son from his father who is based in the US?
